Sorcha Ashe

Hello Leverett! My name is Sorcha, and I'm thrilled to get to know everyone in Lev this year! I'm an MD-PhD student at HMS and currently embarking on the first year of my PhD in English Literature. I'm a born-and-bred Midwesterner and am proud to hail from St. Paul, Minnesota. I came to Harvard for undergrad ('22) where I concentrated in Integrative Biology and studied butterfly evolution. After completing an MPhil in English at the University of Cambridge, I returned to Harvard for medical school. I love long runs, cooking for others, puzzles (of any kind), singing, and playing chamber music. I'm happy to talk with students about fellowships, nontraditional paths to medical/graduate school, runs/strolls around Boston/Cambridge, or anything else!
