Rachna Mathur Manrai
Hi Lev! Iām so excited to be part of the community again as a member of the SCR. I was a Resident Tutor at Lev from 2014-2018, where the best parts of my job were planning events to bring the community together such as Leverett coffeehouse, and meeting and advising students on pre-career activities. I am a former Indian dancer and performer and am always happy to talk to students interested in performing arts. I graduated from The George Washington University where I studied Political Science and Economics. I earned my J.D./M.B.A. from the University of Maryland and then worked at the Comptroller of Maryland's Office in the state tax controversies division. After moving to Boston, I completed an L.L.M. in taxation from Boston University and worked at Ernst & Young. I now live in Easton, MA with my husband (and fellow SCR member!) Raj where we raise our two young daughters, Reena (who took her first steps while we were living in Lev!) and Alina, who brighten up every space they enter.
