Ms. Judith Dowling

Born and raised in RI. I taught middle school until my interest in Asian Art became a passion. I graduated with an AM in East Asian Studies at Harvard, opened a Boston gallery specializing in Japanese art and curated it for 21 years with frequent travel to Japan. When I closed the gallery in 2011, I became the head of the Asian department at Bonhams/Skinner. I happily retired during the pandemic. I enjoy daily walks, yoga, meditation, reading, cooking and spending time with one of my eight grandchildren.
