Hyuntae Choi
Hi Leverett! My name is Hyuntae Choi, and I am a first-year law student from New Jersey. I serve as a pre-law and music tutor in the house. In 2024, I graduated from Harvard College with a Bachelor of Arts in economics, magna cum laude with highest honors, where I was also a resident of Leverett House. As a student, I captained the Harvard Federal Reserve Challenge team, organized music concerts for Leverett and the Harvard College Students Piano Society, conducted Gilbert & Sullivan operas, and led the Hum 10 Mentorship Program. Since graduating college, I worked at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York in the Capital Markets and International Studies research groups. I conducted economics research related to financial stability, corporate finance, global capital flows, and international macroeconomics models. Outside of school, you may see me gigging with my rock or jazz bands, reading in the library, or running by the river. Always happy to chat!
Sincerely,
Hyuntae
