Bringing a wealth of experience in the dining industry, I have a passion for creating exceptional culinary experiences. As previous Unit Manager at Tufts University and through my various roles at Massachusetts Institute of Technology with Aramark, I have gained valuable knowledge and expertise. Growing up in the restaurant industry, I had the privilege of co-owning a restaurant in Revere, MA with my father, where I learned the art of cooking Italian cuisine and managing a successful business. In my downtime, My favorite activities, such as golfing, traveling and anything football. Spending quality time with my family and my Australian shepherd Ruby brings me joy and balance. My culinary philosophy is deeply influenced by my father, Nino, who taught me the importance of using fresh ingredients, maintaining organization, and, above all, having fun in the kitchen.
