Aaron Watanabe

Bio: I am a PhD student in political science in the Department of Government. I graduated from Harvard College (and Leverett House) in 2014, and then did an MPhil in Latin American Studies at Oxford. I returned to Harvard for my PhD and was a resident tutor in Leverett (2017-2023) before leaving Cambridge to conduct several years of fieldwork in Brazil, Italy, and Peru. I enjoy running, bouldering, and learning new languages. I would love to talk with you about politics, living abroad, or just life at Lev.
