Learn the philosophy of Western Herbalism as well as the simplest, safest herbs to incorporate into your diet for stress, daytime energy, sleep and immune function. Traditions from various parts of the world inform Western herbalism but is also typically considered more aligned with current scientific research than any of the older traditions. Western herbalism is associated with using simple plant based remedies; teas, tinctures, glycerites, capsules, herbs as food, in ways that are approachable to use. The seminar finishes with an herbal tea tasting, make your own tea blend project, & Q&A.
